Most of the time people say something is the "best ever", it really isn't. This would be the exception.
Let me also say that I have rented and waited for 4 years to see property descriptions like this one. All the while watching everyone around me act like they were rich and extremely brilliant. I continued to save and make what I thought were responsible decisions (even though at times it seemed rather stupid).
Forgive me if I take a moment to gloat over that property description. Short sale, 24 hr notice, real estate agent, sheriff, locksmith, jail time......can't get much better than that.
Nice wine cellar....
Whoever buys this place, well, I'd like to buy them a drink and shake their hand for a job well done. I'd like to see the realtard block the sale and go to jail. To think, you can commit fraud and not go to jail, but block a sale and you will. Hope someone buys and the guy doesn't leave. Poetic justice here. Great find! This deserves honorable mention on OC's site.
I'd send a note to OC Renter for sure, but not sure how to. I can't find a link on his blog. Perhaps I should drop a line to Rob Dawg.
