Let me also say that I have rented and waited for 4 years to see property descriptions like this one. All the while watching everyone around me act like they were rich and extremely brilliant. I continued to save and make what I thought were responsible decisions (even though at times it seemed rather stupid). Forgive me if I take a moment to gloat over that property description.
