I'm interested in buying a house at Auction. Last week I went to the auction site at downtown. To my surprise, less than ten people attended. The house I'm interested was delayed for one month. The house is five year old and I have seen it from outside. I don't anticipate any problems. Is buying house at auction a good idea? Should I wait until it become a REO?
