Dear Realtors who frequent this forum, have I mentioned how much I appreciate you?

Actually, in all serious I really am very impressed with the knowledge level of the Realtors who contribute here. Seriously.

OK, now my humble QUESTION:

My morbid curiosity has my wife and me wondering what “The Summit” 3BR/2BTH (~1240 sq ft) 1 carport plus 1 uncovered pkng, 1st floor unit condo we sold for $405K has now fallen in price to?? Closing price data for last six months?

1700 Alva Rd, San Diego, CA 92127

Thanks in advance!

Hi Stocks...

Actually I have been pretty impressed with your calls on the market. I especially agree with your most recent outlook on gold as well....

That said I believe the Summit will continue to decline. I know the complex very well. You guys did great getting out at 405 for the 3/2 model.

The only activity for 3/2 listings in The Summit for the past 18 months is:

- active (#3023) listed at 329,777.
- note this same home sold for 286k back in September of last year.
- unit 2811 went back in July of 07 for 300k
- unit 3222 went back in November of 07 for 345k

That is all there is for this model.
