This below link shows how optimistic others are investing in other places - especially when it comes to housing. I am not sure to invest 600K properties and finally end up with a huge bankrupt.

Definitely I do not believe we will that CA housing would remain stay high further. To think otherwise would be justify to those who wait.

I thought the same thing after reading nostra and former's replies, I felt that it happened, that I finally destroyed enough brain cells to go below operating levels.

Then it hits me, and now I can't stop giggling. So clever, so subtle, it's a thing of beauty.

My brain hurts.

But - to answer the question that I *think* was being asked.

I think parts of CA housing have come close to bottom, but other parts (higher end) is still really inflated.

I would not base my purchase decisions on a 2008 article, though. We know the market continued to come down a bit since last year.

是我们仍然相信加州住房将停留在链接展示之下保持高更加进一步这乐观其他怎么辩解投资在其他地方-,特别是当它来住房时。 我不是肯定去投资600K物产和最后最终获得一个巨大的破产者。

5yearwaiter,
Please excuse the joking around. Hell is a place where no one speaks English and we are all going. You deserve respect for blogging in a second language.

We don't agree as much here as we used to about how much and where prices will decrease. Well, we tend to agree higher priced houses will fall more than lower ones. I think it is kind of an average time to buy for the most part. However, since you mention bankruptcy, I will say it doesn't seem worth considering buying at any time with those concerns.
