Anyone investing with Europac.net (Peter Schiff)

I want to invest about $30K because I like his analysis and believe that he could outperform my current investments with Vanguard but I found his website amateurish compared to Vanguard or Fidelity. Has anyone invested with Europac and what is your experience? Is it as safe as Vanguard or Fidelity?
