Any opinions on what the final sales price will be?

Just listed today.

I am sure the buyer will ask for a reduction in price.

The corner of the garage (Realtor hid damage behind the Palm Tree)was hit by a drunk driver, I heard the driver was caught by police.

This home is on my street, BTW.

GMAC bank is the seller, they will not fix the damage but it is, for a bank owned in this zip, listed for what I think is an ok price for the upgrades.

The last home this nice stayed on the market for 30 days.

There are 10 actives of generally similar homes in that area with lower listing prices; a couple as low as $240k and several below $280k.
