Another Data Source

There is always a wealth of information here for tracking the current market conditions. I don't recall ever seeing this site mentioned as a data point so I'll pass it along. I got it from a co-worker that used to live in SD, he's still following the insanity of housing as he puts it.

Maybe this data is easily found elsewhere but I found the $/sqft/zip interesting. I don't recall seeing it else where but that could be due to a lack of web savvy on my part.

None for my area, but I'm not buying or selling so I guess it's a moot point. :-)

That is what's printed monthly in the U-T

There is also historical data on the U-T website for the last decade or so.
