no, not an REO. 90 days is not long at all. it's 1900 sq feet, so perhaps that is why it is not selling? paying 4% commission to buying and selling agent... looks like seller has almost 1.1m in loans... so could be getting close to NOD (<<-- speculation). buyer bot it in aug 2006 for 1.34m, it sold for 1.177 in 2005, and 890k in 2003. owner just obviously wants out! great rental for UCSD students, but at the purchase price you can't make money as a rental...

Hi Arty...
Personally I have not been into this home yet. Everything checked out regarding the comments made by the other poster. These people have been adjusting the price every couple of weeks.

I've been in this house recently. There is nothing major wrong with it except that it is directly on the main road. It's in ok condition but you would feel poor living in it compared to most other homeowners in La Jolla.
That's a great picture, sdduuuude. I'd guess your shock and confusion comes from the post by a "poway_seller."
As insane as the original powayseller (note the different logon ID) was, she could at least spell. And she used capital letters and proper punctuation. This, I'm 99% sure, isn't her. It's somebody just throwing it out there and seeing what he/she gets.
Sounds like this new poway_seller might be just as nutty as the old powayseller, only this new one can't spell or write very well.
