Looking through the 92127, checking on what prices are doing there. I came across this and others in the area that have no sales history or link to post messages about the property. Anyway, this short sale seems very nice. Don't know what it sold for originally, but others in the area are priced higher.

Navydoc, you probably already noticed this one. Maybe the kitchen is still too small for you.

I like it, but w/the HOAs and MR, still out of my comfort zone. Could do it, but rather not overextend.

In any case, it may bring down the comps there when it sells. Wonder what prices will be like yearend.

Thank you. I didn't realize it was a "featured" property. That's quite a drop from 818k to 610k. Wonder what it will ultimately sell for. Hope they lowballed some more.

ocrenter - These are all really common right now. Your record of that listing you featured that has 11 of them hasn't been surpassed that I know of but I have a 6er on my Lakeside listing as the lender processes the latest offer we received.
