4S Ranch Market Update: 09/17/08

For all following 4S this appears to be one of the Fieldstone Pienza models going for $794k. Note the mention of it being a model and it being offered in the listing by "Fieldstone." What does that mean? Has Fieldstone fired the sales staff and is now using tradition brokers to hawk their wares??? Anyone know the details (sq/ft etc.) on this? Does anyone know if Pienza is now sold out??? I haven't been out to 4S in a while but have continued interest.

That is not a model home.

That is not a model home. They meant to say this model (i.e., floor plan) is very popular. It is a new home sitting vacant. We were out there a couple weeks ago and were told that this house was pending. It did have some nice upgrades.

There are about 6 others on the same street that are also for sale (although they haven't started building those yet).

The price looks steep given

The price looks steep given that other builders are offering 3000+ homes starting around 680K.
