does anyone do 2-4 units investing that care to comment on this recently sold 4 unit in 92105...

looks like the property was listed for 779k back in 2008 (a pretty far stretch) and now has sold for 400k....

the selling agent was the owner of the property and the buyer agent was represented with the same real estate group. hmmmmm?????

mls #080051815, apn 471-752-05-00.....

whoever bought it for 400k got a smashingly great deal....
