That's just the starting bid price for an upcoming auction. I noticed a bunch of these showed up this week. There are a few in Corona too. One is for a big house in the Bretton Gait tract in Corona. They usually go for $700k to over a million and the price showed up at $360k. I got all excited for about 30 seconds till I read it.

They are just trying to get us reverse flippers off the fence, I want to see the final price and the new comp, another one in my neck of the woods showed up too, same M.O. but different realty. It isn't redc or williams, does anyone know the auction company since they are probably all from the same one.
It does say that they won't accept any offers in it until the March 16th auction, though.
What a truly horrible looking house. I can't believe builders got away with building crap like this and people bought it.
