San Diego Housing Market News and Analysis

Hello all,

Can you help me for 2008? I've been a member here since the beginning of this year, and you have already supplied me great information on which builders have slashed/reduced prices or released a new phase. This in information usually tells me where I will be working at soon with new sales. I'm in the construction industry and I work with most of the large and medium sized builders. The slow down has really affected all of us in this industry. For the last several months, there hasn't been much in price reductions and this shows in our lack of work. But, I'm guessing that there will be price reductions for most builders in 2008. If you know of a community that just slashed prices I would greatly appreciate that information posted here. This would also serve two purposes; for myself, and others who might be considering buying in that community. Thank you in advance to those that post here.
