there's a bank owned 1200 square foot in murrieta listed for 130k. it's starting to not sound so crazy that I could actually pay cash for a dang house... it's not a teaser. it's a fixer upper. but still.
Saw that one, ick. Wait and you'll do much better.
At that square footage, there will be sacrifices inside. Apartment-sized bedrooms, for one.
