I'm intrigued by this property:

http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-071075368-11...

It was custom built in 2006. But look at the sale history:

07/29/2005 $750,000
12/05/1989 $285,000

Also, the interior looks kind of shabby for a custom built home.

Any one has seen this house in person ? Any other thoughts ?

Maybe it was burned in the fires and then custom re-built in '06.

Yes, I was in it in Jan 08. My summary was a smelly sorority house. Not actually a sorority house, but the layout was bad and would work for a sorority. It was rebuilt after the fires and I doubt they used an architect. Upstairs was the master that added the bathroom partially into the room like they might have forgotten about putting one in originally and then just two other bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Downstairs had lots of other rooms, but almost all done in a Jerusalem limestone (?) that reeked of the dogs. Also, you could not tell where the front door was. I think I have seen NODs listed for it.

However, I have a few kids and what master +3 rooms upstairs. But it might work great for you??? So go see it.

the owner is a realtor that is also advertising himself as a "construction project manager" after supervising the reconstruction of this home.

gn I have viewed the property as well. Indeed it is a rebuild from the fire. I don't want to get into specifics about it however the proximity of the home to Pomerado is what I didn't like.
